Audio and video was clean and clearly titled. Stephen even prepared back-ups for audio just in case. Communication was clear and prompt. Took extra measures to make sure shooting location was suitable, got to the location early and delivered footage on schedule. No problems/troubleshooting that needed to be dealt with. Great VJ.
