One of a 3 part video series on craftsmen from Oman and Morocco, this is a portrait of a blacksmith still toiling at his craft, passed down from his grandfather and father before him, making ceremonial knives from scratch in the old souk of Bahla, Oman. It was shot on Canon Mrk 3 5D and commissioned by Nestle Middle East for Maggi Diaries.
This is a music video shot in Beirut Lebanon for the alternative band Mashrou Leila, for a song called "Fasateen" (literally meaning "dresses"), a ballad that tackles the issue of inter-class marriage. The song's music video shows the band members deconstructing nuptial symbols and defying the pressure of romantic relationships. It was shot on Canon 7D and commissioned by Mashrou Leila
