After graduating with an MA in International Journalism in 2015, I worked as a journalist, videographer and communications specialist across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Most recently, I was The National's (UAE) multimedia producer in the UK and video correspondent in Jordan, where I produced breaking news and feature videos, exploring themes surrounding forced migration, women's rights and the environment. Prior to Jordan, I was CGTN Africa's digital correspondent, reporting from Kenya, Senegal, South Africa and Mozambique I work on both sides of the camera - shooting, producing, editing and presenting, and often write copy to accompany my video stories. This means I can be fully involved in the projects I am working on, from conception to completion.
