I have been presenting on-air as a correspondent for Phoenix Satellite TV, covering significant events such as the Ukraine war and the Israel-Hamas war. In addition, I assisted the station in sourcing local staff and managing day-to-day productions in the field. I hold an MA degree from Goldsmiths, University of London, in Photography and Electronic Arts. Over the past 12 years, I have directed and shot 90-100 feature stories for regional TV stations (Channel NewsAsia, Channel 8, Al Jazeera), Japanese government agencies, and commercial clients. We visited the city of Jenin, a militant hotbed situated in the northernmost part of the West Bank. After 3 hours of liaising, local authorities brought us to the Jenin refugee camp, where 4 Palestinian teenagers had been killed that morning by Israeli drones.
