I am a freelance news correspondent and a self-shooting producer/director for documentaries and feature stories. I have been presenting on-air as a correspondent for Phoenix Satellite TV, covering significant events such as the Ukraine war and the Israel-Hamas war. In addition, I assisted the station in sourcing local staff and managing day-to-day productions in the field. I hold an MA degree from Goldsmiths, University of London, in Photography and Electronic Arts. Over the past 12 years, I have directed and shot 90-100 feature stories for regional TV stations (Channel NewsAsia, Channel 8, Al Jazeera), Japanese government agencies, and commercial clients. I'm a self-driven and flexible storyteller who likes to work efficiently with calculated risks. I'm always excited about the opportunity to do meaningful work.
I directed and filmed 4 episodes of feature stories on Fukushima's nuclear disaster, the controversies around the release of treated wastewater, and how residents are rebuilding their hometown 12 years after 311 Disaster.

We visited the city of Jenin, a militant hotbed situated in the northernmost part of the West Bank. After 3 hours of liaising, local authorities brought us to the Jenin refugee camp, where 4 Palestinian teenagers had been killed that morning by Israeli drones.
