About

As a filmmaker, Veronica Lopez has a unique background. She spent a large portion of her life researching and teaching neuroscience before switching gears to her true calling in filmmaking and videography. Excited about the power of visual media to convey information, whether it is shooting or editing, she is fully committed to her new field. In 2014, she graduated from the Stanford University Documentary Film and Video MFA Program and has been working as a freelance filmmaker in the Bay Area. In addition to her degree from Stanford, Veronica holds a PhD in Behavioral Neuroscience from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a BA in Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley.
