About
I spent my childhood building robots and playing bike tag in the streets of Brooklyn, New York. I went on to study Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Princeton University where my senior thesis, “Camera Stabilization with a Stewart Platform”, won the Enoch J. Durbin Prize in engineering innovation.
After graduating from college, I moved back home to Brooklyn to pursue my passion for filmmaking. I studied writing, directing, and cinematography at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and made several award winning short films, both as a director and a cinematographer. I now run a production company called Gates & Greene where I create and direct video campaigns for clients like Princeton University, Dom Perignon, and Bystander Revolution, an anti-bullying organization, where I also served as Creative Director for two years. I'm also the Creative Director of “BTYM”, the Youth Ministry at my church, The Brooklyn Tabernacle, famous for its six-time Grammy Award-winning Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir.
