Dwayne Johnson is a sixty-two year-old retired general contractor who was born and raised in the Lower Ninth Ward of New Orleans. Almost ten years after Hurricane Katrina, his son’s house remains uninhabitable. "10 Years Later" investigates the barriers keeping Mr. Johnson's family from returning home.
