Tom went above and beyond for our shoot. His footage was absolutely gorgeous and made our subject feel very at ease and comfortable. We appreciated his thoroughness and responsiveness. Would love to work with him again.

Request QuotePeople are the greatest treasure on earth and I'm passionate about telling stories of humanity and have travelled the world to do so. With over 17 years experience I've covered all aspects of film-making - scripting, animation, interviewing, DOP, editing, sound, lighting, colour - I've worked for NGOs and Corporates nationally and internationally. I tend to work on my own, but have a network of trusted crew members to bring in for larger jobs. Visit www.faithandbones.com for projects I've worked on. Recently I've been developing my own passion projects. During lockdown I produced a short doc per week and featured them on 52humans.com to a warm reception on social media, and in 2023 produced my first 30 minute documentary short 'The Sanctuary Seekers of Bradford' which screened at BAFTA, BIFA and Oscar qualifying festivals.

Without a doubt the toughest storytelling assignment I've been on, a challenge physically, mentally and technically. The brief was to film, edit and publish (same-day) 8 stories from the 2019 'Extreme Challenge' for an incredible charity called Hope for Justice as a diverse group of individuals visited a project in Ethiopia and attempted the summit of Kilimanjaro.
Gosh we need to down a bottle of what Isaac carries; a fun-loving, joy-bringing, encouragement-giver and initiator of laughter. His soul is pre-programmed to fly in the face of seriousness and give two fingers to the obstacles and challenges that hinder lightness in the souls of those he meets. I love the deeper reason for Isaac’s approach to life; to come alongside people in their troubles, challenges, difficulties and self doubts. To help change their frame of mind through the healing nature of laughter.
Linzi’s brother died when she was eighteen years old - a heartbreaking tragedy. But the compassion in a doctor’s eyes at that time planted a seed of kindness and humanity, that is now growing into a tree of compassion, under whose branches many will receive that same kindness and care. Linzi’s resilience and tenacity has led to the formation of the charity Happy Teeth. Her passion to use her gifts and skill in this niche area has already made a big difference with some of the UK’s most vulnerable children, and will continue to do so.
What David and his team at Happy Days are doing is truly beautiful, as they come alongside some of the most broken lives in society and see an opportunity for transformation. It’s not simple - it takes time, trust, patience, love, kindness, peace and a loving community. It has huge challenges for everyone involved but the rewards are so precious.
I don’t think I’ve met anyone else with such a deep understanding of their connection with creation, and such an all-encompassing relationship with it. With 800 years of farming lineage behind him, this makes perfect sense. For generations, Michael’s family have been working in partnership with nature. Everything has its place, season and intricately intertwined co-dependence for the benefit of all. This is a story from my 52humans.com series
