Tampa Bay will flood more from future storms. ETA showed us how.
During a busy 2020 hurricane season, Tropical Storm Eta was easily forgotten in Florida. But the people of Tampa Bay would be well-served to remember it.
Hitting at a high tide, the storm was a preview of the way sea level rise will make floods more devastating.
