Change Films, Documentaries, Ghoshe is a ‘BBC Academy (London, UK) scholarship’ winner for Global Leadership program and BBC
Editorial program (2017). Also a scholarship winner from Health Systems Research – 2016 for his
social innovation paper on Social Campaign Brand (How a human centered social brand campaign can engage power and politics in promoting health and public value).
Holder of two master’s degrees (MSW & English), a PGD in Advertising & Public Relations and a 5-year
diploma in Applied Art and Communication Design, Ghoshe is one of the very few Design and Knowledge
& Documentation think tanks in India who has a proven track record of developing and managing effective Corporate and Social Brands (11 yrs) and done mention-able work on – Strategic Social Communications, Human Centered Films and Dynamic Documentation through Films (12 yrs).
Ghoshe has helped International agencies develop Social and corporate Brands and managed them since 1997.
He has innovated several social program mechanisms & tools that have been included as best practices in
agencies like UNDP, UNISDR, USAID, Save the Children, as well as in National guidelines for targeted interventions and replicated in different countries and states (SNAP Guidelines – Maldives was
adopted by Philippines; Public Health Campaign brand SBSB, Bihar was adopted by Jharkhand Govt.;
Change Management Guidelines for targeted states of India was scaled up in other states.
Ghoshe has headed creative teams in leading advertising houses including DDB, Mudra Communications and developed brand communication strategies and corporate films and advertising commercials for –
Compaq, Samsung, Nestle, National Geographic, HBO, Incredible India & Mc Donald’s.
Ghoshe has designed, led and managed several internationally acclaimed technical assistance programs in India, Bangladesh, Sri-Lanka, Kenya, Ghana and Maldives working with agencies such as BBC Media Action, UNDP, UNISDR, European Union, UKAID, USAID, FHI360, Care India.
He was instrumental in strategy development and implementation of Solution Exchange – the first
global Knowledge management program of UNDP.
Ghoshe has been attached with Jawaharlal Nehru University, India, as Guest lecturer.
