Request QuoteHello there! My name is Spencer Bruttig and I am a Washington, D.C. based film producer, DP and editor. I came out to DC from San Francisco to help start a new documentary and podcast production company (Tegna and Vault Studios) but most recently joined Google as an in-house creative producer working on their marketing team. I am also the Cinematographer on the D.C. based narrative series "Anacostia," as well as the Baltimore Comedy series "Thespian." I am also the DP on the new reality television show "City Boyz DC." I have worked on sets big and small, and I have used a number of different camera packages from Arri Alexa Mini, Sony FX and A series, to Red Weapons and Komodos, Canon C series and Black Magic URSAs. I am comfortable adjusting to any lighting and audio situation, and pride myself on creative and efficient filming and editing. I have my own complete lighting, camera and audio package and can be a one man band for projects as well. Spencer was a godsend on this shoot. It ended up being a super fast run and gun shoot but Spencer handled it all with grace. His expertise in lighting, shooting, producing and talking to guests was excellent. We hired him mainly to get steady cam broll, which was great, but he really came through in the entire production. We would definitely hire him again.

It was a pleasure to work with Spencer! He was very easy to communicate with and flexible as our shoot got rescheduled and delayed a couple of months. In the end, he turned in solid interviews and thorough scene coverage!
