Giorgio Ghiotto is a documentary director and cinematographer from Italy, currently based in NYC, USA. He graduated from New York University with an MA in journalism and documentary. His passion lies in finding and telling compelling stories, no matter where they may be. Giorgio focuses primarily on human rights and adventure, and is driven by the idea that films can be a powerful tool for both the awareness and preservation of our natural world. Giorgio's methods adhere to common core values, such as inclusivity and freedom of speech. Capturing both humanity and nature in their rawest moments, even when safety is not guaranteed, is one his strongest traits. No matter the circumstance, humanity flourishes in the scope of his lens.
