I’m passionate about creating visual content, and teaching others how to do the same. I like to think of myself as a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to visual storytelling: I shoot and edit video, take photos, write content, voice scripts, pursue journalism, create branded marketing and fly drones. My specialty is creating solo video content in remote and challenging environments, and I travel with a kit of light-weight and compact camera equipment specifically for this purpose. A television news story I created while in Sao Paulo, Brazil. It looks at how an innovative mobile application could assist some of the city’s most marginal people. I shot all video, conducted the interviews (some in Portuguese, some with a translator), researched all information, wrote and voiced the script, and shot a stand-up in the middle central Sao Paulo.
