I’m an independent filmmaker with credits for Director, Self-Shooting PD, Cinematographer and Online / Offline Editing, for clients such as the BBC, Red Bull TV, Pete Tong, BBC Sport, Adidas, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, and Carlsberg, all available to view in this showreel: https://www.liammurphyfilms.com/Showreel-1 As an independent filmmaker since 2005, I have gained experience from around the world. From filming in the UK, North America, Europe and Asia, my films have gained critical approval with various magazine interviews and online reviews. I have extensive experience working within large TV and film crews on long-form productions, as well as working independently on short-form content. I have recently been commissioned to direct, film and edit a documentary for Red Bull TV on their Human Pinball project. I have also directed, filmed and edited a documentary with BBC’s Pete Tong & The Heritage Orchestra on their sell out arena tour at the O2 and Manchester Arena.
