Originally an undocumented immigrant from Argentina, Eduardo Daniel Vilchez has been involved in media and video production since 2001 in all capacities in front and behind the camera. “A dreamer before Dreamers,” Mr. Vilchez knows the importance of supporting communities of color and the importance of mainstream narratives and how they bring about positive change where it is most needed.
A filmmaker, photographer, and video journalist by training, Mr. Vilchez has recently worked as a freelance producer, cameraman, and editor for NBC/Telemundo and Univision, while also balancing large clients like Paris St.-Germain FC, BeIN Sports, Fox Sports, and Sony Music. He was also a media consultant and video producer for SOMOS Community Care in NYC and has recently done pro-bono work for The Door and The Clemente Soto Velez Cultural and Educational Center in Manhattan.
Through his company BurnStrip Productions, LLC., first incorporated in 2010, Mr. Vilchez has worked tirelessly to provide affordable high-quality commercial media assets to small and medium sized companies and entrepreneurs.
