Neil Brandvold is an award winning photojournalist and filmmaker with experience working in conflict, disaster and post-disaster zones across Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa and the Middle East.
His work has been featured in numerous outlets including The Washington Post, The New York Times, National Geographic, Newsweek, PBS FRONTLINE, The New Yorker, WIRED, NETFLIX, Al Jazeera WITNESS, PRO PUBLICA, The Intercept, The Guardian, ABC News, USA Today, NATURE Magazine, FRANCE TV, Global Health Now, NPR, PRI, BBC, CNN, and over the years has worked with many non-profit, non-governmental organizations including USAID, Plan International, FHI360, Medecin Sans Frontiere, and Drugs for Neglected Diseases Initiative.
Brandvold is also a Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting grantee.
