Loay Elbasyouni is a Palestinian-American engineer celebrated for his pivotal role in NASA’s Mars 2020 mission, where he led the electrical and propulsion design for the Ingenuity helicopter, the first aircraft to fly on Mars. As the founder of AstraQua, Loay is advancing autonomous AI-driven exploration robotics for space and underwater missions.
