LISC is a US non-profit community development financial institution that supports community development initiatives in 35 cities and across 2,100 rural counties in 44 states. Neon Mtn. stepped in to highlight some of the local businesses TOLEDO LISC has worked with. The Wonderbread Building, a historic building in the Vistula Neighborhood in downtown Toledo, OH is being renovated for residential housing by ARK Restoration. We talked with Ambrea Mikolajczyk, owner of ARK, along with other key players to find out more about this project and the buildings rich history. We are Neon Mtn. From branded content to documentaries, our main focus is on crafting engaging narratives about our clients that they can use to reach the audiences they care about most.
