Ignatius Bulega is my name, am an accredited cinematographer or camera operator based in Uganda and have been in the field for the last 7years. Education: I acquired a bachelors degree of Arts with Education at Kampala university, a diploma in Radio and television production at MediavisionAcademy and an appretence in television production. Experience: Worked along with some global network as both a freelancer and permanent staff. These included Duetsche welle (DWTV), CGTN, BBC, Outsource television, TRTworld, SABC and RUDO. Worked as the production assistant for Feature story News and Outsource television (OTV) for last 5years. And recently worked with Medina Films in the same position. Right now, I head the production department at Dee media in these assignments am the senior Camera operator

Farm agricultural waste into clean energy.
For the first time, villagers of Nwoya in Northern Uganda are using electricity. Thanks to their own son turning farm agricultural waste into clean energy. The village grows rice and other agricultural products whose harvest residue Peter Nyeko uses to produce over 120KW of renewable energy. Part of the energy, he uses it to power a milling machine for farmers to add value to their crops and earn more from agriculture. The rest, he distributes free to over 100 homes. We want to visit him in Lamwo and follow the process of making energy. Our story starts with a family using electricity for the first time. They tell us their experience and how this has changed their lives
