Last of the Elephant Men Trailer
I was one of three directors to work on this I worked on this project and was the only person on the ground for the duration of the project. I was credited as a researcher, director, camera op, steadicam op, director of production and director of post production. The process took 4 years. I was involved thoughout the pre-production, production and post-production phase - from researching the domestic elephants and their mahouts in Mondulkiri, filming on location, and training a team of Bunong translator to translate all of the footage. It was an experience I will never forget and it was good to see all the hard work pay off as the film went on to win 14 awards at international documentary festivals around the world.
