For the past sixteen years, Allan Fisker, 69 has spent his life traveling from container (dumpster) to container, collecting usable clothes, shoes, toys, and food, which he then sorts for donation. Fisker, a welfare recipient, is the lead supporter of a children's home in Latvia. He sends a shipping container, filled with banana boxes (donated from the local bazaar) each year.
