About

Graduated in Journalism for the Federal University of Bahia (2014), I've been working with video and photography since 2011, when I started my studies at the university's Photography Laboratory. I’ve worked in the advertising industry during the first years of my professional carrier manly as a video editor and camera operator. In 2017 I was hired to work in Correio*, one of the biggest newspapers in Brazil’s northeast region. I moved to São Paulo in 2020, when I was invited by Bob Fernandes, a very respectful and prestigious brazilian journalist, with whom I worked for two years. In the last year, I’ve been working then with The Intercept Brasil, an award-winning news organization.
