Request QuoteI am a shooter, producer, director, editor and shooter. I've worked in capacities from a one-man crew in war zones to the director of branded series with large crews. I specialized in serialized storytelling for online media. My work has appeared in The New York Times, The Guardian, National Geographic, Buzzfeed World, Global Post, Engadget, TechCrunch and quite a few other spots. I'm based in Brooklyn, but I've traveled widely. I covered the conflict in Eastern Ukraine for The Times the last two years. I was the Visuals Editor for Southern California Public Radio in my last full-time venture, where I built the desk from scratch and launched a visuals blog. I know how to light an interview or a scene. I can also be my own sound engineer. I speak Russian, and I've spent enough time in Israel and Iraq to be able to ask around in Arabic.

Ten years after Katrina, we looked at how Southern Louisiana has changed through the eyes of musicians. These musicians had their lives dramatically reshaped by the storm, and they are now working to build a new Louisiana. This was commissioned by the Guardian Docs channel.

Visit both sides of the same front line as the conflict in Eastern Ukraine grinds to a stalemate. In this deadline piece for The New York Times, I traveled around the conflict zone to get both sides and develop characters on a short timeline.
We traveled to the northern reaches of Alaska and then hopped the border to Canada for this branded piece on the hard work it takes to deliver the US Mail in the far north. I directed, produced and shot second camera with a crew of five. This branded piece appeared on social media channels for the client, a media buying agency in Midtown Manhattan.
