Journalist and documentary producer. Former foreign correspondent with Ireland's national broadcaster - RTE (15 years). Extensive experience in video production and research. Highly skilled broadcast, online + print journalist with production, writing, self-editing, research and shooting skills. I have worked extensively in Europe, the US and sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East, researching and producing content for TV and radio. I have also produced several long-form documentaries, as well as news and current affairs inserts. I originate and develop documentary ideas from inception to broadcast stage. I have also contributed regularly to several print and online publications including Le Monde Diplomatique, the Irish Times and the Sunday Business Post newspaper. In 2014 I completed a Masters in International Relations at University College Dublin in 2014 (graduating with First Class Hons). I am also an experienced Media Trainer.
