I’m a writer, editor and development researcher with a multicultural background and over a decade of experience. Published by the Financial Times, British Journal of Photography, Thomson Reuters Foundation, Magnum Photos and more, I bring a journalistic background and a passion for creating thought-provoking, character-driven narratives. Alongside my editorial work, I work as a development researcher on Wondery podcasts and have collaborated with TV networks, news outlets and independent producers as a Field Producer, delving into the decriminalisation of drugs for the New York Times and the effects of austerity for RAI – Radiotelevisione italiana. I've also worked as a Location Manager on the award-winning film The Diamond and have been a contributing writer for Brussels-based website Equal Times for over ten years. I have a BA Journalism with Psychology from City, University of London and a diploma in documentary film directing from the EICTV film school in Cuba. I am fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
