At Netflix, I worked for over 3 years producing content from initial ideas to delivery, supporting brand campaigns, original series and films, and audience building I led numerous and talented teams in many different environments and countries and I am very hands-on and provide mentorship while working every step of the production process. I am more than capable of taking care of the entire production cycle: from writing concepts to post production and promotion, keeping a close eye on budgets, trends coming from researches, and with an open mind for ideas and feedback Originally from Rome, I worked on sets at an early age and transitioned into the marketing and video production world in Los Angeles and New York seamlessly, ultimately receiving dual citizenship for artistic merit I currently work as manager of video production for the Publicis Groupe (Publicis Sapient) where I lead a team that creates strong and dynamic cross-platform content The film I wrote, directed, and produced "Calico Skies" starring Tom Sizemore and Vincent Pastore won the Grand Jury Prize at the 65th Mannheim-Heidelberg Film Festival.
