I have over 14 years of experience in production across various platforms of media. Ranging from national initiatives to one-of-a-kind product productions I have worked first hand with clients to crew. My initial specialty was cinematography yet my experience is not limited to just that, but a seasoned producer and editor that translates to efficiency in pre-production, on-location, and postproduction needs. With experience in each of the phases of production I have the ability to maneuver in various environments and create a streamlined workflow to achieve the goals at hand. From various international projects to local projects my field experience has developed a strong sense of adaptability to insure quality work no matter the obstacles that may be present. Furthermore, I understand the logistics of coordinating crew and maintaining the quality of production in a variety of situations. My field experience is influential not only on location but in preproduction meetings when laying out project objectives and maximizing resources to satisfy end goals. With extensive editing experience, I have a dynamic understanding and ability to edit projects myself, as well as tailor specific deliveries for that content. With this knowledge, I am always striving to maintain and exceed the previous edits efficiency and transition from field to post to deliver the highest quality product. Utilizing this skillset allows me to view the projects at hand with specific lens that provides guidance and solutions throughout the process. AOL Studios has allowed me to foster my skills in management, development, and supervision. With the experience of wearing many hats in my career I can translate goals and procedures accurately. At AOL I have worn many hats and thrive on creating more programming for the company that covers the many platforms we have. Working with Facebook live streams, international WEF 2016 Programming and branded specific content I have learned a great deal about delivery and distribution on the digital side of production. Growth is key along scalable programs and optimizing the solutions for brands execution is what we strive to establish. OTT platforms have evolved as major players that are the key to brand’s growth and we supported that on all fronts. My previous position at CBS Sports Network built my foundation of production from a producing and coordinating standpoint to the development of multiple productions. I have produced and shot numerous specialty projects, features, 30 mins shows, and full one hour programming specials. In addition, I have spearheaded multiple initiatives from social media content, department training, and collaborative incentives to strengthen productions quality and output. I love what I do and aspire to raise the bar for both myself and my team on every project. I see every challenge in a production as an opportunity to adapt, grow and learn.
