I am an accountant by profession, but my passion for photography has led her to train in the Roberto Mata Taller de Fortografia (Roberto Mata Photography Workshop). My documentary-style work focuses on the social problems of her country. I had worked on the crisis experienced by the elderly in Venezuela, the rudeness of childbirth in very low socio-economic contexts, the health system and education in times of pandemic in vulnerable areas.
I am a documentary and journalist photographer born in Venezuela based in Miami, I have develop long term visual projects about Venezuela ́s crisis, focused on collaborative ways to speak about the human condition under hostile contexts.
I am part of the exhibitions of Women Street Photographer. As a Freelance Photographer I have collaborated for Prodavinci, Cinco 8, The New Humanitarian, Open Democracy, and AFP (Agence France-Press)
I was awarded second place in the first biennial of documentary photography in honor of Venezuelan photographer Wil Riera with her work "Vejez Abandonada". I recently exhibited one of her photographs at ICP in New York.
