Timothy Fishleigh, a Dominican-Canadian, is a founder and managing co-director of LINK International Productions, Are you Breathing Dominica, won the prestigious Golden City Gate Award at the ITB Berlin. LINK International is based in Canada and the Eastern Caribbean. He is a director and has extensive skills in television directing, and all levels of production. He has produced television in almost every island in the Caribbean. Since 1995, Mr. Fishleigh has produced an impressive body of commercial work, which has been broadcast both in the region and internationally.
