Ricardo Cortez is a photographer and filmmaker. Originally from San Antonio, TX, Ricardo moved to New York to specialize in documentary production and is currently working as a freelance Associate Producer, Production Assistant and Researcher. Ricardo has worked for companies like The Marketing Arm, PBS, and Great Big Story helping to create bespoke video content in both the branded and editorial space in English and Spanish. Ricardo has worked on a diverse range of topics from discovering under-discovered cultural traditions to shining a spotlight on individuals fighting for the environment.
