I am a freelance journalist and documentary photographer experienced in photography, video and multimedia production. I seek out to explore issues of community and culture through environmental portraiture and narrative short films. Although I have a background in journalism, I tend to enjoy immersing myself with the people I am reporting on to gain a better understanding on how bigger issues affect communities and individuals. I work independently with my own gear and enjoy local and international assignments.
