I am a shooting PD and producer with experience in documentary and current affairs. I speak French and Arabic. I have ten years experience working in France and accross the Arabic speaking world. I am a tenacious problem solver. I love collaborating with others to find new ways to tell stories. I work hard and I am thorough with research, ethics and duty of care. I have just shot, produced and directed an hour-long presenter-led undercover investigative documentary for BBC World. Shot in Sudan and Morocco, this film goes undercover to expose sexual assault by religious healers. I was senior producer on Channel 4's three part documentary series Bin Laden: the Road to 9/11, where I secured access to Bin Laden confidantes who had never spoken before on camera. I am one of Edinburgh TV Festival's 2020 Ones to Watch and a nominee for the One World Media Awards, an award for challenging stereotypical narratives in international coverage.
