Have developed excellent record in getting ahead of the news and projecting events, by obtaining valuable insights through well placed and highly informed sources Regions that I've covered include Latin America, Europe, North Africa, the Persian Gulf and Central Asia. Broadaast media to which I've contirubuted include Fox News, CNN, VOA, F24. Ive completed a series of assignment on Venezuela including in depth reports on the regime's terrorist and drug trafficking connections even before they became publicly known and became the basis for international sanctions.. I'm currently in Spain covering the crisis in Catalonia as well as having reported on the the immigration problem from north African border crossings and writing investigative pieces on the recent terrorist attack in Barcelona, focused on intelligence failures which led up to them. I covered the war inAfghanistan being among the first reporters to reach the area following the 9/11 attacks, getting inside sotires on the Bin Laden Hunt and the first U.S. ground operations against the Taliiban. I covered the first Gulf War, corrently predicting the destrouction of iraq's army Iraq and the chaos the followed.. i pioneered the field of terrorism analysis with Risks International, a Washington consulting firm serving major private sector companies . I am also the auithor of a Book on Special Forces, Twilight Warriors (Bloomsbury, St Martin's)
