I love its beauty and vibrancy. I like all kinds of visual storytelling modes, including videography, photography and 3D composition. I graduated from Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University in 2015 and received a master's degree in journalism. My career goal is to delve further into visual storytelling, especially video and film production.

Chicago is missing the stars, and Audrey Fischer wants them back. As the President of Chicago Astronomical Society, Fischer started a project called "One Star at a Time" to raise awareness about the need to reduce light pollution and bring back starlight for future generations.

Zen is by no means a new concept in U.S., but it still seems mysterious. What indeed is Zen in the American cultural context? How has it blended into local communities? I visit several Zen practitioners, trying to find the answer.
