Since then I´ve worked in mass media enterprises from radio and tv even from internet to nationalwide magazines and today I´m collaborating with independent media and social communication. I am part of the mexican journalism collective Agencia Autónoma de Comunicación Subversiones, and right now I´m travelling trough Latin America to visit, know and talk with diverse cultures within the national territories, indigenous lands and to work with social movements against violations of human rights and for social justice in cities and countryside.
REDD represents a financing strategies of nature promoted by local and international governments who have interests related to exchange nature as exchangeable goods. Costa Rica has heavily promoted the use of green adjective processes exploitation of nature like "Green Mining" and strongly promotes projects such as REDD as a trap that facilitates the plundering of natural commons.
Progreso VII is part of a plan to exploit regions in the northeast of Guatemala. The mining project is located in San José del Golfo, whose entrance is located in an area known as La Puya. The goal is to obtain gold and silver; to prevent the extraction, communities maintain a camp at the entrance of the mine to blockade the entry of machinery and the start of mining activity.
A documentary project filmed within the sacred place of the Wixárika people in defense of their territories against mining projects in the deserts of San Luis Potosí, northern of México.
