Coronavirus pandemic panic in India

Cyclone Yaas, 10G
Barely a week after Cyclone Tautae ravaged India's western coast, a very severe cyclone Yaas has now hit Bengal. The cyclone has hit Paradip in Odissa and Sagar Island today 26 may around noon. The windspeed is 155-165 kmph gusting up to 180kmph. Indian coast guards are closely monitoring the situation. In May 2020, Amphan, a category 5 storm had wreked havoc in west bengal, osissa and bangladesh. Last time during Amphan there were loss of infrastructures but no lives were lost in Bengal. In the same way this time Administration is prepared well in advance, NDRF team is deployed, civil defence are patrolling. IAF and Navy are on stand by.
