Alba Cambeiro is a freelance photojournalist and videographer born in Galicia (1994) and now based in Istanbul. After finishing her Media Comunication Bachelor Degree, she studied a Master in Photography (2016-2017) and a postgraduate degree in Photojournalism (2017-2018) at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She has also done a three months internship at El Periódico de Catalunya. Her work covers themes at the forefront of Middle East politics with a special focus on social and gender issues.
