Steele’s passion for ideas and expression in motion picture and photography has propelled him through a 16 year career in video and photo production. Graduating with an honors in Motion Picture from the South African School of Motion Picture and Live Performance Arts, Steele found himself immersed in the fast paced, ever changing world of film, commercials, reality television and travel documentaries. Steele was trained to shoot on film, but was an early adopter of digital video technology, which has become so prevalent today. He took advantage of cinema camera and developed a unique style that he incorporates into his cinematography. Steele serves the vision as he shapes and discovers light, composition and movement.
