I've been working with Chef Cynthia Louise for 5 years now. Together, we created five tv cooking programs that are now on big streaming platforms, as Food Matters TV and Gaia TV! Programs one to four are composed of 50 videos, whereas the 5th program has 28. Each video was shot with three to four cameras and they range from 15 to 50 minutes. I directed, edited, color graded and did the audio post production on the last program: Let's Eat Light and Easy. The No Noodles Pad Thai recipe is a part of Let's Eat Light and Easy.
