I have always been client facing and involved with project’s from concept through to completion / final delivery - producing, shooting and editing. In 2012/13 I spent several months in South America working for an overland adventure travel specialist; guiding clients through the continent in custom built Mercedes trucks on challenging camping based adventures. In 2013/14 I completed the National Council for the Training of Journalists diploma in journalism. In April 2014 I became a volunteer disaster response team member for international disaster relief charity, Shelterbox. I recently deployed to Serbia to assist with the aid effort following the recent flooding that devastated parts of the Balkans. I have an interest in humanitarian / human interest stories, I am also very interested in subcultures and interests that often go unnoticed.

Giles has been producing corporate and commercial film projects for over a decade covering a range of small independent and large multi-national brands. A multi-skilled videographer and NCTJ qualified, Giles has always been client facing and involved with project’s from concept through to completion / final delivery - producing, shooting and editing.
As a volunteer Response Team member for disaster relief charity, Shelterbox, I was deployed to Serbia to assist with the aid effort following flooding in May 2014 that devastated parts of the Balkans. Shot using Sony Z1 mobile during visits to flooded municipalities, this impromptu report documents part of the aid deployment, highlighting the extent of the damage & challenge to rebuild.
