I had the dream of writing a vegan cookbook when I was 13. I wanted to inspire and bring people together with vegan dishes that everyone enjoys, are quick to prepare and made from ingredients that you can get anywhere. The only question that remained was: How do you find readers for a vegan cookbook? Of course – by getting started on social media and drawing attention to your recipes! Said and done. And over a million followers later, I was able to publish my own cookbook “Oh, that’s vegan?” This made me even more hungry for great projects – and I'm continuing to expand my Fitgreenmind brand by reaching over 6 million people worldwide every day with my easy and delicious plant-based recipes.
