I photographed this story during the height of the 2022 Monkeypox outbreak. I spent two days working directly with the writer in Charlotte, NC.
This is a story I worked on for Bitter Southerner about a wildlife biologist that has been tracking hummingbird migrations in North Carolina to help gather data about how the climate changing is affecting birds and bugs.
