Market Logic Software - Video Production Manager
I started at Market Logic Software as a working student, I quickly rose to a leadership role ass Video Production Manager, having built the video team from scratch. Managing a team of in-house and freelance video editors and motion designers with agile processes, I initiated a shift in focus for the marketing team to be video-first, elevating the quality of the production and working in close dialogue with clients, incorporating their feedback to satisfy their demands, all to a tight schedule. I also took charge of standardizing scripts and aesthetics, as well as organizing and shooting video projects. I used Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop in my daily role, as well as Asana, Jira and Slack for organizational purposes. Apart from editing and producing, my days also consisted of briefing and alignment meetings with the sales and marketing teams to make sure we delivered the best videos for international events and to please our clients.
