In 2010 finished my Master on Creative Documentary in the University of Pompeu Fabra of Barcelona. With a background in audiovisual production and visual storytelling, I handle all aspects of A/V production from initial concept development to post-production. For more than 10 years I have been working -as a freelancer- across a range of sectors: video editor, motion graphics, script writing, Also worked as a fixer/researcher, field producer and translator for international broadcasters. Before worked as an executive producer and producer assistant for TV broadcasters and production companies in Greece. - Video editor, motion graphics, camerographer and scriptwriter - Providing Subtitling services (Spanish-English-Greek) - Fixer and researcher for journalists, TV and production companies.
Director/Camerographer/Video editor. Part of the NORTH AEGEAN NARRATIVES a Turkish/Greek cross-cultural project. 16 artists worked on the theme “Rethinking Closeness and Apartness– Reconnecting with the Other Side” the outcome was 16 short docs. "How can an ancient belief, like the one of the evil eye, create a common language among different cultures and generations?"
A Médecins Sans Frontières Greece documentary (27' not yet online). Video editor of the MSF Documentary and the trailer of the project. Directors/cameregraphers: Daphni Tolli, Dimitris Mauroforakis Scenario: Mitsi Persani(MSF), Dimitris Roubis(MSF), Georgia Tsismetzoglou.
In collaboration with Dimitris Gravanis (extra footage) and Vassilis Chryssos (Text & Subtitling) members of the Sarantaporo.gr collective. "Meet Sarantaporo.gr Community Wireless Network. A community of empowered people building and managing their own telecommunications infrastructure, bringing open internet connectivity in a remote, rural area of Greece."
