Sam Clough (rhymes with tough) is a Brooklyn-based Animator, Director, and Producer. Originally from Massachusetts, Sam grew up consuming cinematic masterpieces like Teletubbies and Spongebob Squarepants, which remain among his greatest influences to this day. Sam studied Rhetoric, Film & Television Studies at Bates College with minors in Philosophy and Visual Art. He also attended the filmmaking study abroad program at FAMU International in Prague, Czechia. Since 2019, he has worked full-time in video production in NYC. His filmography spans narrative films, music videos, commercials, and animated shorts. His clients include Bloomberg Philanthropies, Consumer Reports, KKR, World Wildlife Fund, Teach for America, the Commonwealth Fund, and many more. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, capybaras, and talking about himself in third person.
