Deanna is agile, adaptable and ready to work hard as soon as she arrives. She needs only minimal direction when given an assignment and will go above and beyond what is required of her as a shooter. Each time we've been out together, she's picked up a little production, asking interviewees questions or seeking out a new person to talk to. She makes connections and is unafraid of entering a space with a camera, ready to go. And at the end of the shoot, her pictures are beautiful and I am never without enough b-roll to complete the story. -Wendi Jonassen
