45 years after UpStairs Lounge fire, memorial offers something like peace for 1 family
Feature story about a family attending the 45th anniversary of Ferris LeBlanc's death, one of the 32 men killed in the UpStairs Lounge fire in 1973. LeBlanc's family did not know he was killed in the fire until 2015. The memorial served as a funeral of sorts for his family, who were never given the chance to lay him to rest.
