Request QuoteI am a multimedia producer who have been working for a number of media (print, radio, television and web) channels, in order to try new formats and understand better digital storytelling. I have been in charge of the video department of Courrier International (a weekly magazine owned by Le Monde) since 2014. With my team, I produce videos designed for the web, animated infographics with motion design and conduct live interviews on social media, to analyse international news and get the insights from the international media. I also teach digital storytelling in various journalist schools in France. Previously I have been part of the video team of Le Monde where I published videos, articles, long-forms and a web-documentary on Russian activists, which helped me win the Monde Academie prize. I also used to work as a Digital Producer at Discovery Channel in London.
Jeremy Scahill was Iin Paris to promote the French release of his book The Assassination Program. I got to interview him about The Drone Papers which didn't get so much visibility in France. I wanted a black background to suit the topic and make it easier for the Motion Design.
Yvan Krastev is a bulgarian political scientist, specialist of Europe, and the problem of trust in democracy. We got to meet him for the new release of his new book. I decided to enhance the interview adding Motion graphics effects. I used After effects for the animation.
A video to explain in 5 steps how Greece ended it up not being able to pay back its debts. For this video, I made several researches, wrote the text, recorded my voice over, drew the graphics and animated them.
During a student exchange in Moscow, I got to meet with a young journalist fighting for the press freedom of speech in her country. I wanted to illustrated the initiatives carried by motivated people in various field who just want to make Russia a better place. I found and contacted the russian activists, filmed there for a month, designed the website and edited around 40 videos that I subtitled.
For the end of the year I wanted to produce a video about one the illustrator who drew some of the most significant covers of the magazine this year : Joep Bertrams. I interviewed him, asked him to come with some sketches, in order to film him inking it.
During the 2016 French presidential campaign, various foreign correspondents, based in Paris, observed that the country was ready for a revolution. Though they were not sur if it will be a populist or a liberalist one. To illustrate they analysis I made an animated infography. I do every step of the process, I write the text, record my voice over, design the graphs and animate them.
