As a documentary filmmaker and licensed drone pilot in Kenya, I tell the human stories within our planet's greatest environmental and social challenges. My lens captures the resilience of communities on the frontlines of climate change, using both intimate ground footage and sweeping aerial cinematography to reveal the scale of both the crises and the courage they inspire. Collaborating with organizations and media outlets, I craft narratives that don't just inform but provoke empathy and action, aiming to build a deeper understanding of our shared path toward a sustainable world.

Geothermal energy, which is a clean low carbon energy resource, currently provides half of Kenya’s energy needs. Its importance will keep growing as Kenya’s tries to connect 90 % of its citizens to the electric power grid. Unfortunately most geothermal fields are in National Parks and Reserves, and often endanger critically endangered bird species. Elsewhere geothermal power plants require the displacement of local people. The film explores the price of power, even for an energy resource that is touted as clean and carbon free.
